Light at the end of the tunnel.

Merry Christmas EVE!
Its a warm 57 degrees here in Sunny California.
Our time home has been bitter sweet to say the least.
We came home to a broken heater and spent the night in a 40 degree house using body heat to keep us warm.  Thanks to the best father in law ever, a toasty fireplace now keeps us warm.   Following that blessing some of our best friends surprised us by putting a huge beautiful Christmas tree in our house.  I got it all decorated, sparkly and pretty, only to have it fall over the next day.  Talk about a huge mess with half of my ornaments broken.  It was a sad couple hours of clean up for me but we now have a quant adorable tree.  Following that "Christmas tree comedy," which I only thought happened in the movies, my family and I caught the flu which cooped us up in the house for a couple of days.
But out of every situation comes some sort of blessing, it's amazing how that happens.
My husband is now home, we are warm, enjoying our tree, and healthy.
I am beyond blessed and thankful.

See there is light at the end of every tunnel. Pretty sure that light is from the Lord.

Did I mention the same friends that blessed us with the tree were blessed with a handsome healthy baby boy!

Merry Christmas EVE!
Be Blessed.
