Plans do not always go how we image them to and I am graciously reminded that I am not in control. The day of the scheduled baby dedication a big storm hit our county and a white blanket of snow covered the ground. Power was lost to many and one of those places happen to be our church. Everyone bundled up and worshiped God as the snow softly fell outside and candles lit the front of the church. It was not a packed house at church that day due to the road conditions, there was no heat or power, and we were not dressed for the occasion but none of that mattered. All that mattered is we were there in the Lords presence dedicating our little gifts to him. God could not have created a more perfect day.
